Dr. Alfred Kinsey

 Description 
This famous Institute was founded by Dr. Alfred C. Kinsey in 1947 to promote interdisciplinary research and scholarship in the fields of human sexuality, gender and reproduction. Public tours are offered on a regular basis, by reservation only. For information on public tour dates call 812-855-7686, or visit the Kinsey Institute web site. The Kinsey Institute Gallery features changing exhibitions that highlight various aspects of the art and library collections. The gallery is open to visitors from 2 to 4 pm weekdays, or by appointment. Admission is free; visitors should be 18 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. The Institute's extensive research library is open to qualified scholars and other researchers by appointment.
