From the planning stages through the post-event evaluations, we’re ready to offer the professional assistance you need.
It all starts with choosing the right location.
The Bloomington CVB can provide the following pre-convention services:
- Collecting proposals from various meeting and hotel facilities
- Arranging site inspections of selected facilities and Bloomington attractions
- Providing promotional information and materials or supplying a representative to present the information to a committee or conference attendees
Once you choose Bloomington as the site of your next event, we will continue to offer customized and personal assistance. During the planning stages of your event, we can help with:
- Recommendations and referrals for local vendors
- Collecting proposals from service providers
- Coordinating off-site functions
- Arranging spousal or guest tours to local attractions and events
- Possible sponsorship of hospitality events
- Graphic design and printing services for nametags, signs and packets
